Dunkeld RO plant from recycled water

Problem: High Level of TDS, Turbidity, Colour and Organic Matter.
Solution: Coagulation/Settling, MMF, RO, Disinfection.

Background:
The Clients requirement was to use their recycled water supply as irrigation water for a private property. PWS designed and installed a packaged system to comply with the clients requirements.

The Challenge:
To design, manufacture and install a 5T/Hr RO Membrane system, including suitable pretreatment and disinfection.

The Solution:
PWS designed, manufactured, installed and commissioned the water treatment plant. Water is pumped from the recycle dam through an automatic disc filter to a holding tank while dosing coagulant. After sufficient contact time water is then pumped through the Multi-Media Filters(an activated carbon), 1micron Cartridge filters and then Reverse Osmosis systems and finally disinfected with chlorine. The filtered water is then stored in water tanks for use.

The Results:
The water treatment plant delivers filtered water that complies or exceed the customers requirements.
